Every person, everywhere is trying to fight their demons out and meanwhile in this parallel world there is I, playing hide n seek with mine; finding them would be my triumph and preventing my sight would be their’s. Considering all the living beings I also have some points and passions; writing my convictions is one of them. Like many of the others who feel pleasure converting their thoughts into words, I also love feeling like I had given the perfect words to whatever I wanted to describe and trust me, juggling with words in a perfect manner makes your mind an oasis of serenity.

A Positive Way Out of Daily Life Stressors

Are you stuck? Are you confused by the daily life stressors coming your way so often? Are you in search of a positive way out of your stressed life? Well, let’s talk about some of the ways out.

We as human and social beings, are in a continuous experience of something new in our lives. This “something new” often brings much positivity but at times it is so much irritating and stressful. Hence, the former have positive effects adding a positive experience in our lives, but it is the later one that bring in our lives a ten times greater negative energy, creating bad experience and letdowns.

This negativity coming our way bring stress, tension, anxiety and a lot of chaotic stuff. Some people use negative ways to release these stressors but NO, that is not the solution.

But don’t worry. You can handle it, cope with it, minimise and ultimately diminish it. It is you and only you who can create a way out of your stressful condition.s

Go through these steps and follow them in your bad times:

  • You are the only person who know the things that can make you happy when you are low or in stress. Find out the ways. Only you knows the strengths and weaknesses of yours. Make your weakness, your strength. Nothing can break or debase you when you are physically as well as mentally strong.
  • Speak out to yourself only. Don’t share with anyone that you are having a bad time. Bad times don’t last forever they just come and go, like a sneak peek. Try being a chilled out and fun gaining person even in the times of darkness. Hard times are not to break us, but these are to make us strong. These are just to add some new experience in our lives. 
  • Listen to your favorite music, and get yourself indulged in it. Try to let go of all the depressing thoughts with the beats and sounds, forgetting all the negativities. When you are somewhat depressed; go out for a fresh walk, put on your headphones and listen to your most favorite songs, indulge in the music notes and let your heart soothe to a good level.
  • Get yourself to do some relaxing exercises. It will make your mind a lot at calm and ease. Whenever you feel depressed, sit in an open place, relax your body, breathe in from the nose for the time you can possibly do, keep the air inside for some seconds, then breathe out slowly from your mouth. This exercise will help you feel relaxed.
  • Rush out to some amazing places to get the fresh air. It will freshen you up. choose the places that have greenery and are full of nature as nature is the best healer and always provides the fresh and healthy feels. Make a daily routine to have a walk in such kind of places.
  • Take things positively, even when they are negative. When you think negative it will ultimately produce negative energies in your body that will damage your health and restrict your brain. On the other hand, if you will think positive your brain will stimulate positive energies and it will help you stay happy and positive afterwards.
  • Be your own friend, your own muse, your own protector. Always put yourself first and give your own self more importance than giving it to other people because it’s you who is more important than the others.
  • Take care of yourself, Love yourself, and give yourself an importance that you deserve.

Practice makes a man perfect and practicing the above given ideas can surely take you out of your stressed and pessimistic routine. Give yourself a good time and that good time will heal you internally, removing all the ferocious things from your mind. You are the master of yourself and only you can handle yourself in all your good or bad times. Self-commitments result in great achievements. Sometimes those achievements are invisible behind the curtains of a heart that gives the internal and soulful satisfaction. Other times it comes out with a bang, covering one’s entire world with its charm and zenith. On the other hand being idle and aimless brings you shame and pettiness. The person who is not committed to himself does not know his worth and he is not at all considered worthy by the outer world either. So one has to do it for himself and let the world know his/her beauty and lavishness wholeheartedly. As self-commitments are the best commitments.

IT HAPPENS, LIFE HAPPENS!

Every flower reached it’s zenith

The moon was in full bloom

Sky was the brightest

And eventually life happened

Like a gambler kiss goodbye to his money in one bet or the other, prosperous days of our life gets an easy street to walk away putting forward one lame reason or the other; might be solid one.

Happenings of life are a must for every human being sent in this world, either in one way or the other. It happens in all its brutalities, vulgarities, ferocities, wickedness and grossness as well the amuse, delightedness, jolliness, and laughters.

Life had never been a complete wreath or a complete hearth for any being. Every levelheaded person is going to have the hardships and easy goings, reliabilities and un-verifications, bed of roses and bed of thorns no matter those are one or hundreds in quantity; and this human can either be the shoemaker sitting on the corner of a road or the Nike industrialist on the 30th floor of an *all side mirrored* building.

So my dear human; take your life as a rollercoaster, give it shoutouts, make it feel beautiful accepting all its ups and downs and don’t get way too excited for the haboobs or the crepuscular rays visiting your life off n on, as nothing in this 70-95 years life is durable and in the end all you have to do is REST IN PEACE!
